Are there any other fees I should know about?

No! We have included everything in our packages, eliminating the need to nickel and dime. Other companies charge additional fees for traffic reports, email, image uploads, text editing and so on........not us! It’s all included, even your domain registration.

Can I see how it works before I buy it?

By all means. We have a fully functional demo websites for each of our packages setup for perspective clients to test drive. Please contact us if you are interested in accessing the demo website.

Can I use my own domain name with my website?
|

Absoluteley! If you have your own domain name, we can either transfer it to GoDaddy where we can manage the DNS or we can give you the DNS information to switch your domain to point to your Restaurant Web Solution website. Domain registration or transfer is included in the cost!

Do I need to download any software or know HTML?
|
|
NOPE. You can edit your website with only basic Interent skills in a point and click type of interface. The formatting tools are very similar to those used in MS Word or other word processors.

Do you have a demo website?

How will I find my website?
|

Your website will be located at your domain. (www.yourdomain.com) If you don’t currently have a domain, you will need to select one that is available.

Once I sign up for a site, how long does it take to set up my site?

ypically your website will be setup within 5 business days, but sometimes if the Internet Gods are in a good mood your site may be setup within a day. Sometimes registering or transferring a domain name can extend the process because it is beyond our immediate control.

What are Meta-tags, and can I edit them?
|
|
Meta-tags are pieces of code that describe your web pages. Search engines use the meta-tags to see what your website is about and describe your site to web searchers. And YES, we give you the tools to edit the Meta-title, Meta-Description and Meta-Keywords at a site level and for each page in your site.

What are Traffic Reports?
|
|
Traffic Reports tell you when someone views your website. Our traffic reports display number of site visits, page visits, what time the visitor entered the page, which pages the visitor viewed, the visitors browser, ip address and platform, keywords used to find your site and will even tell you each time a search engine indexes your site! They are very powerful for helping you to optimize your site to your actual visitors.

Where will my website be hosted?

Your website will be hosted on one of our top on the line Microsoft servers that are professionally managed. Our servers are protected by a hardware firewall and run the newest Microsoft Server environment applications.
